Jinzhou District, a foreign-oriented economic
district, is the biggest administrative region of Dalian City, divided in to 12 townships
and 7 subdistrict offices, covering an area of 1,100 square kilometers and having a

The

1.Infrastructure projects, mainly inclusive of energy
resource,transportation and port construction. Focus is on the construction of Zhengmingsi
Passenger-Cargo Port and Shihe Passenger-Cargo Port which have been planned, transform and
extension of Jinzhou Thermoelectric Plant, building in high-level of the city & town

1.Enterprise income tax rate should be reduced and levied at the rate
of 15 percent.

3.Land assignment rent and lease rent can be reduced by 20 percent, 50
percent and 80 percent on the basis of determined price.
